The Coexe Providence Fund
The Coexe Providence Fund
The Coexe Providence Fund is an upcoming initiative focused on empowering international school educators around the world. Through micro‑grants, the Fund will support:
Professional Development: Enabling access to conferences, certifications, trainings, or coursework to enhance teaching effectiveness and leadership.
Research Projects: Aiding educators who undertake meaningful investigations that advance understanding or innovation within the international school sector.
Hardship Relief: Providing emergency financial assistance during unexpected crises such as medical emergencies, sudden displacement, or other urgent needs.
Legal Support: Offering help with legal or contractual challenges—especially those arising abroad, such as wrongful dismissal, immigration disputes.
Funding Source: The Providence Fund will be supported through two key sources: Associate Membership fees and philanthropic donations. To ensure that member contributions directly support the international educator community, 80% of all Associate Membership fees will be allocated to the Fund. In addition, the Fund will be seeded with one-time gifts and larger donations from individuals and partner organizations who share Coexe’s vision. Any unused funds will be placed in a dedicated investment account, with the proceeds used to build a sustainable endowment that will help ensure the long-term viability of the Providence Fund for years to come.
